Website Creation

Basic Package: $450

  • The Basic Web Development Package is a great way to get started, put you on the Internet map, and make the whole process easy and affordable for you! This includes: 
  • An initial 30 minute phone consultation which will end in instructions to the client about what to think about and what to bring to the next consultation.
  • An hour in person (or by phone) discussion about your company, organization or event and what your needs are. This includes discussing what elements you want on your website and what your hopes and dreams for the website are. We will also discussion your visual aesthetic and tone for the site: Is this a website for a law firm, an activist group or a wedding? This all has an impact on the end product. We will also discuss whatever else is on your mind. Now is your time to really lay out what you are hoping for and to learn about what we can do for you. 
  • I will then ask you to send us photos, videos, graphics, blogs, articles, bio, and whatever else you want on your site. 
  • Once received, I will put it all together and begin creating your website. 
  • Together will decide what the best course of action is: Do we get together and review possible design templates? Or do we continue to revise and refine via email or phone communications. 
  • If you want me to purchase a URL for you, fees for that purchase will be assessed to your account. 
  • Basic facebook and twitter features will be included in website along with search feature, and contact forms. 
  • At the end, unless you don't want the responsibility, we will hand the website and access to the back-end off to you. I will do a 1 hour training to make sure you understand at least the basic functions and use structures. 

Website or Blog Set-Up: $185

  • Are you the kind of person who likes to do most of the work yourself? This is the package for you! After the phone call and initial in-person meeting described above, you will send over the bare bones so that I can populate the home page and one or two additional pages with photos and copy, choose a template that we think will suit your needs and send you on your way. 
  • We will do one round of trouble shooting, design changes, template changes and copy editing. 
  • We then provide a 30 minute training and pass the site off to you. 

Ongoing Maintenance

  • Commit to a one year maintenance package and we are available for quick questions and minor changes, up to one hour per month. A great deal! Monthly payment plan is available. Pay first and last month in advance and I am at your service. 

Hourly Rate

  • The packages above provide basic web building and upkeep packages available. For specialty features like adding paypal, setting up email or shopping carts, etc. you can hire us ala carte! For the hours put in, the packages will offer better deals - but for specific things not included, I can definitely take care of you.

Writing & Marketing

Social Marketing

  • Set up Facebook, Google+, Linked In, and Twitter accounts and scour the web for the  best places for you to post, advertise and interact. We can also post your blogs, website upgrades and photos to the social marketing sites. 

Copy Writing

  • The packages above include creating very basic website copy based on our initial conversations to fill in spots where copy is needed. But in those, we will rely mostly on the client to write and edit copy. 
  • This service includes far more intensive article and blog writing and developing copy for specific parts of your website. We will work closely with you to develop the appropriate tone and to address the subject matter in a way that best serves your need and informs your client base. 

Newsletter Services

  • Manage and maintain your newsletter list(s)
  • Place sign-up boxes in your website
  • Draft, Organize, Create, Design and send newsletter blasts
  • Monitor data regarding how many opens, clicks, etc.
  • Prices vary depending on your specific needs.
